About Us
From eight indoor teepees to bell tent villages!
Glampees started back in February 2021 with just eight teepees.
At the time, starting a sleepover party business during Covid probably seemed a little far-fetched! With families spending so much time at home and looking for fun things to do, our DIY teepee sleepover packages turned out to be a bit of a hit.
What started as a small idea quickly grew into something much bigger. Since then, we’ve created hundreds of magical sleepover parties for families across Andover and the surrounding areas, and Glampees has continued to grow and evolve.
From those first eight teepees, we expanded into single bell tent hire and then went on to create bell Tent Villages, providing beautiful on-site accommodation for weddings, celebrations and larger events.
A little business that I absolutely love.
Glampees is still a small, independent business, and that’s exactly how I like it.
I genuinely love what I do. There’s something really special about helping people create memorable celebrations — whether that’s setting up a magical teepee sleepover for a child’s birthday or transforming a field into a beautiful bell tent village for a wedding or celebration event.
Glampees also fits perfectly around our busy family life and our building business, allowing me to run a business that I’m genuinely passionate about while still being there for my husband and our two teenage boys.
Five years on, I’m incredibly proud of how far Glampees has come — and I’m excited to see where it goes next.
